Conditions we treat

Most people come to us in pain and unsure what is causing it. We assess first, explain what we find, then treat.

  • Lower back pain, trapped nerves and sciatica
  • Neck pain, headaches and desk-related strain
  • Shoulder problems including frozen shoulder
  • Knee, hip and ankle pain
  • Arthritis and rheumatological pain
  • Post-natal and post-surgical recovery

How your physiotherapy appointment works

A full history and movement assessment, then hands-on treatment — joint manipulation, soft tissue work and electrotherapy — followed by a progressive exercise plan so the improvement holds.

Registered and accountable

Every session is delivered by a physiotherapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
